The U.S. Ice Sports Complex in Fairview Heights, IL would like to invite you to take part in our 9th Annual Spring Fling Invitational Figure Skating and Hockey Event competition which is open to all individual members of the Ice Skating Institute. Entry forms must be postmarked no later than February 20, 2010. The competition will be held at our facility in Fairview Heights, IL – in the heart of all the best in shopping and eating! U.S. Ice houses two NHL sized sheets of ice along with a game area and concession stand. ISI Endorsement Number pending.
Eligibility
This competition is open to all individual members of the ISI, including residents outside the state of Illinois and members of other districts. Skaters must compete at their highest test level registered as of February 20, 2010. All entry forms must be signed by the team coach.

ENTRY FORMS & FEES
All entry forms are to be postmarked on or before February 20, 2010. All entry forms must be signed by your team coach to verify your entry level. Fees for single entries are $40.00 for first event and $15.00 for each additional event. Entries for additional family members are $25.00 for the first event and $15.00 for each additional event. There will be NO REFUNDS. A $20.00 late fee must accompany late entries.
